Meet the Owner
Tony Shaban, President and Owner of NHA Development LLC, brings an extensive business background and technical expertise to the table. With a B.S. in electrical engineering and an MBA, Mr. Shaban brings vast industry knowledge, technical skill, and the customer-first focus integral to construction and project management.
His early career in electrical engineering has prepared him to concentrate on the finer details and find strategic solutions that optimize the entire building process. His passion to transform businesses and drive sales comes from over 20 years of experience in both global enterprises and small businesses, earning him numerous awards and accolades. Beginning primarily with residential development and acquisitions in 2013, NHA Development has since incorporated complete, turn-key development and construction projects. Mr. Shaban hopes to achieve a positive impact in the Philadelphia community and become a leading construction company in the area.
Ruth Hawthorne, Office Manager, for NHA Development LLC has eight years of experience working in the construction field and over fifteen years of administrative and customer service knowledge and involvement. Besides performing office duties for NHA, Ruth specializes in painting residential and commercial properties. At NHA, she is responsible for bookkeeping, overseeing maintenance and repair services, and resolving tenant issues. With a Masters in Business Administration and an ability to liaise between property owners and tenants, Ruth’s grasp of construction, maintenance, property management, and business makes her a valuable asset to NHA Development LLC.
